My parent was diagnosed with AF-
Atrial fibrillation in a visit to ED at Fiona Stanley Hospital not too long ago. After being discharged after two weeks at the hospital, my parent was told they would be contacted from The Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic. Since I am their carer, I have been making phone calls with no joy from the clinic. Their GP also has been questioning why they are still on medication without being checked out after so many months.
My parent had another visit to ED with a check pain at Fiona Stanley Hospital recently. Luckily it wasn't heart related and the ED doctor confirmed they placed another referral to Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic (RACPC). Unfortunately, we still haven't received any phone calls from the clinic. I must have tried to call them no less than 50 times. When can someone call back and take care of my parent?
