(as a relative),

Our Dad is a resident at Barwidgee Lodge in Myrtleford.  He was starting to show shows of ill health.  Not eating, slight temperature.  We were really impressed with the staff at Barwidgee Lodge who called us to provide an update on Dad's situation. They clearly explained his symptoms and the treatment that he received.  We are very grateful for their updates and that they have kept us informed at every step.  This means alot to us.
