"Emergency at Coral Bay Nursing Post"

About: Coral Bay Nursing Post

(as the patient),

I presented to Coral Bay Nurses Station with an out of control kidney stone issue .

I was treated with true compassion and a thorough understanding of my situation. Jan (district nurse ) was fantastic in stabilising me and arranging for admission to Exmouth hospital.

Without Jan and the coral bay facility I honestly don't know what would have happened, and can't thank her enough.

Dear warmjd95,

Thank you for sharing your story, I do hope you are recovering from your kidney stones, they can be very painful.

I was delighted to read how Jan treated you with compassion and provided care in stabilising you, then arranging transfer onto Exmouth. The Coral Bay Nursing Post provides a vital service to our community and Jan exemplifies the special kind of staff required to excel in a remote environment.

I have already shared your feedback with Jan and added my appreciation of her fantastic service.

Kind regards

Karen Horsley

Acting operations Manager Gascoyne.
