"Amazing care of my Mother"

My Mum was a resident of Brookview Aged Care for approximately 5 years and in that time the care she received was outstanding. She was always happy, contented and well cared for. As a family, we were always made welcome and became a part of the Brookview ‘family’.

On the morning of April 7, 2022 we received a call that Mum had taken ill and by the afternoon had deteriorated quite rapidly. I asked if I could sit with her through the night which was approved and I spent the next 6 days as a hospital boarder with her until she passed on the evening of April 12. During that time Mum had staff checking on her hourly, making sure she was comfortable, turned regularly and in no pain.

I would like to thank all the staff for their beautiful caring, compassionate and high standards of care. I will be forever grateful and strongly recommend Brookview to anyone looking for Aged Care for their loved ones. Based on our experience, it really is the most beautiful place for our elderly.
