"Exceptional midwife care"

I recently gave birth at Sale Hospital and received excellent care. I want to thank all the fantastic midwives for the brilliant work they do. 

I received all antenatal care at CGH and found every member of staff involved to be kind, caring and positive - from the main reception staff when we arrived at hospital, to the midwife who delivered our baby, the midwife who took the time to sit with us in the early hours of the morning when our baby wouldn't sleep, the Paediatrician who assessed our baby, and the friendly and courteous interactions with kitchen and cleaning staff over our 3 night stay. Each member of staff was extremely competent and showed kindness, and all genuinely seemed positive and happy in their job (despite the ward being quite busy for the number of staff on). The midwives always asked if there was anything else they could do or help with, and it seemed they meant it - like nothing was ever too much trouble!

Thank you to the midwives for making our birth and stay such a positive and rewarding experience. I feel our community is so lucky to have you!
