About: Armadale Hospital Fiona Stanley Hospital / Palliative Care Department Royal Perth Hospital / Stomach, Bowel and Liver Care (Gastroenterology and Hepatology) Silver Chain WA

(as a relative),

Our family member Dean received intensive treatment from multiple teams over multiple sites over the last approx 18 months. Dean passed away from his illness at RPH Ward 8A. We wanted to pass on our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all staff members involved across multiple teams and facilities for the exceptional care they showed Dean and our family.

Special mention to the Palliative care team especially Dr Eliza and the Head and Neck team at FSH, Dr Stephanie and team and Oncologist Dr Craig.

During these times of extreme stress on our health system, Dean was treated with the utmost respect and care and we honestly can’t thank you enough.

Please please pass on our deepest thanks to all teams of possible.
