My daughter has been getting recurrent severe chest infections and pneumonia for over a year. Her GP simply hands out antibiotics. She has lost her job because she is sick too often. I contacted Alicia from a patient advocacy service and boy did she sort things. She went with my daughter to the GP. She organised a respiratory specialist who did a bronchoscopy and diagnosed bronchiectasis and now Alicia is helping my daughter get funding for physiotherapy and for the equipment she needs. Alicia is an RN so it seems she really understood the medical side as well as the NDIS stuff.
