(as the patient),

I would like to thank the staff & paramedics I saw at Wyndham District Hospital. The care I received was exemplary and I couldn’t have wished for a more supportive environment during my episode of care. Dave, Elle, Catherine, Trevor, Simon & Gary thank you for going the extra mile and taking care of me. I appreciate it more than can be expressed through words.
