(as the patient),

I came off my bike and lacerated my elbow. Nurse Aleesha and Doctor Pascale treated me with compassion, respect and a good dash of humour. They put me at ease and patched me up, I believe all while juggling other patients. Thank you both for taking care of me and for the entonox and tramadol!
