After a traumatising experience of my daughter taking blood in the ED, I knew I couldn't take her anywhere to take blood. We had both to take blood so I took her to Pathwest at Perth Children's Hospital.

Oh my gosh, in over 30 years of having blood taken, this was the first time in my life I didn't feel the needle. My daughter also took blood and it was amazing the level of care, the use of distraction techniques and the helping me deal with her. Thank you so much for making this an easy experience!!!
