"Amazing care from nurse"

I was sitting in the waiting area for visiting specialist appointments, and I observed a wonderful nurse by the name of Drew who was attending to everyone in the full waiting room. Drew was working with the Covid-19 vaccination clinic but was going above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable (placing pillows under the arms and legs of patient with broken limbs), and entertained considering the long waiting times (providing word puzzles, changing tv channels for adults and children, providing colouring and activity packs for children). He was warm and welcoming, encouraging conversation with everyone in the room and I believe contributed to a wonderful experience for every person who was waiting that day. In my opinion, he is an asset to GRH and to the Covid-19 vaccination clinic.
