"Making a situation positive"

I had to go in for a procedure recently - day surgery but requiring general anesthetic - and I was extremely nervous. Every staff member, from reception through to the surgical staff, were exceptionally kind, empathetic, positive, reassuring and professional. I felt as at ease as I could have done and I am so grateful to them for making a situation where I was very uncomfortable, the most positive it could have been.
