My son got hot burns spill in his legs recently. We went to Armadale emergency they gave the first aid. Next day we got a call from PCH and we went to the burns department at PCH. They looked after my son very well and he had a surgery. Staff and team were really good.

Dear chassissr93

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback about your son’s admission to PCH. I was very sorry to hear about his burn injury and I imagine this would have been a very worrying time for you.

Your kind words about the staff and team at PCH are very much appreciated. We wish your son all the best for his recovery from his surgery.

Kind regards,

Jaan Turner

Dear chassissr93,

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent experience with Armadale Health Service (AHS) whilst seeking treatment for your son’s injuries, though I was sorry to hear of his accident with hot water which resulted in burns.

I know coming to hospital can often be a distressing time for children and their families and our staff always aim to give our patients the best possible care and treatment. I am so happy to see this reflected in your experience.

Once again thank you for taking the time to write to us and I wish your son well in his recovery.

Kind Regards,

Neil Cowan
