(as the patient),

I have been admitted to Bunbury Hospital twice in the last three months, on both occasions the care and kindness I received was outstanding. Although they were obviously busy everyone took the time to explain to me why and what was going to happen next. I was made comfortable and relaxed by every member of staff I had contact with. I wish to express my gratitude for the professional and kind treatment I experienced. 10/10

As you explain the hospital is a very busy place, however, I am glad to hear that you received kind, professional and compassionate care. We are working very hard with our staff groups to ensure that the patient and their family is at the centre of all that we do and I am heartened to hear that this was your experience.
