Hello,

I have recently utilised PATS 4 times travelling to and from Perth in the last 6 months and I would like to pass on my compliments and appreciation to the Broome Hospital PATS Team.

From the moment my PATS application was submitted to my final return trip home, the communication from the team was faultless. In my experience, what an efficient and professional department to deal with!

Thank you Sharmaine, Hiromi, Brooke and Abi, I believe you are a great asset to WACHS for your tireless work in what must be frustrating and trying times currently, especially when dealing with the unpredictable aviation situation.

I believe booking travel can be a thankless job, I would like you all to know you have not gone unnoticed.

Thank you so much for your kind feed back around your experience with the Broome Pats Office. The PATS Officers work hard every day, to ensure all patients have their travel and accommodation needs met as seamlessly as possible, often in trying circumstances, and to have this acknowledged is appreciated. PATS understands the importance, and the sensitivities around people needing to travel, to access medical care that is not available locally, and tries very hard to accommodate and support all accessing this valuable service.

I will be sure to pass on your care opinion to the PATS staff.
