(as the patient),

I tested positive to covid recently and I’ve had a nurse call every day, I believe they are fantastic. I wanted to say thank you to all the staff, Covid team that help me go through my Covid-19’s. I feel very grateful to have the nurses called me every day to check up on me. I’m very grateful for that and I appreciate all the help they have given me throughout that week.

I can’t praise the service enough I don’t know what I would have done without them.

They are so good right through.

We gratefully acknowledge your appreciation of the COVID remote monitoring services provided by our clinical staff. It's so pleasing to read that our team were able to support you and assist with your recovery. The CMC Team are a highly trained and empathetic clinicians that have helped many patients and made an enormous difference to so many other families in our community.

We will ensure that your great acknowledgement and thanks for the care that they delivered to you is passed on to the CMC team. It is so pleasing to read that our CMC were able to help and support you during this very difficult health journey.
