About: Karratha Health Campus Karratha Health Campus / Maternity Unit

(as the patient),

I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and just discovered that the Karratha Hospital does not provide MGP. I would love it if this can be considered at the hospital. I think the MGP is a fantastic program allowing woman to build bonds with their midwives and allow for positive comfortable birth stories.

Thank you for the Care Opinion post.

WACHS West Pilbara Maternity services also cover a significantly large area outside of Karratha also, I would like to advise you that we are doing our best to ensure that we continue to maintain this service delivery for all the women in West Pilbara and surrounds.

Congratulations on your pregnancy, I am sure the Midwives at KHC are looking forward to creating those bonds with you also.
