"ACL surgery"

About: Kilmore District Hospital / Inpatient Services

(as the patient),

I found the Kilmore hospital from reception to nurses in the wards so caring and friendly. I am under 18 and scared of needles but they made me laugh at the same time as crying hehehe. The doctors and all the nurses I dealt with explained everything so well that I completely understood what was happening and how my ACL surgery went. I wasn’t feeling great after and no one was in a rush to make me go home. They just wanted to make sure I was ok. I really can not fault the care I received at all. I believe the nurses have such a full on job and they could not have been anymore attentive and nice to me.

Dear Footy05,

Thank you so much for your kind feedback about our service and nurses, I will certainly pass this onto the team.

It is wonderful to hear that your experience for your ACL surgery was above your expectations and that we where also able to support you during the period you didn't feel so great after your surgery.

We hope you have a speedy recovery.

Kind regards, Tania
