About: Geraldton Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I attended ED recently, and want to thank the lady behind the glass, I think she was clerical, not a nurse, her name was Felicia. She was very kind, and was able to assist me with not only updating my information, she got cups for me for the water machine, she got me a blanket when I was cold, and each time I asked for an update on how much longer it would take, she was very professional, calm and reassuring.
