(as a parent/guardian),

We presented for attention after my son received an injury. We were treated with respect and timely treatment. The ED was very busy and despite seemingly being under the pump every single person involved in my son's care- nurse- Casey, Doctor-Saw and PSA -Mark were all amazing and had a smile on their face. Nothing was too much trouble. In my opinion, you people are amazing and made a stressful situation a lot easier. Thankyou!
