About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 3S - Community Management Centre

(as the patient),

I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the professional and caring way in which my covid case was treated by the Covid Management Centre (CMC) at the Prince Of Wales Hospital. As I was an at risk case for covid they provided both information and monitoring which was invaluable in easing my mind through this stressful time. It was almost like being in hospital with monitoring and one of the greatest benefits was knowing that someone was available and ready to assist me if my condition deteriorated. At all times I felt the staff who contacted me were professional and caring and I thank every one of them for my care. I believe this is a service which any elderly or at risk patient will appreciate greatly.

We gratefully acknowledge your appreciation of the comprehensive COVID remote monitoring services provided by our clinical staff. It's so pleasing to read that our team were able to support you in you assisting your recovery. The CMC Team are a highly trained and empathetic clinicians that have helped many patients like your own and made an enormous difference to so many other families in our community.

We will ensure that your great appreciation and thanks for the care that they delivered to you is passed on to the CMC team. It is so pleasing to read that our CMC were able to help and support you during this very difficult health journey. Thanking you for sharing this positive health story with us it is greatly valued and appreciated.
