(as the patient),

From the moment I arrived at Yarra Ranges Health in Lilydale for a day procedure I felt well cared for, from the person who greeted me at the door and did the Covid screen to the receptionist, nurses, anesthetist and surgeon.

Thanks to everyone for making this day so much easier with your care and professionalism (and importantly for warming up the bed and blanket!)
