(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had a tonsillectomy in Kununurra recently and the team at the hospital were fantastic. 

My daughter was close about to have a panic attack heading into theatre and the nurses were so calming and understanding. 

The whole team of nurses we dealt with from when we arrived to when we left were absolutely lovely and so good with all of the children (I recall there were around 8 children on the same day). 

For such a remote little community, I feel we are so lucky to have such wonderful caring nurses.

Going to theatre can be so daunting for anyone, especially the kids, so I'm glad that we could provide a calm and understanding environment to help make her experience as positive as possible. I'll make sure the whole team knows they have received such wonderful feedback.
