I wanted to give feedback on the wonderful care that Romina showed my husband and myself.

My husband has Parkinson's and Romina was so helpful in helping us with urinary incontinence. Her advice and personal approach made a huge difference to our lives.

More recently Romina returned to assist with the new problem of bowel incontinence. Her understanding and empathic approach were reassuring and once again her information and advice were greatly helpful.

I feel she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel comfortable and calmed despite the difficult situation. In my opinion, she deserves a medal for her patience and caring approach.
