I was seen by Dr Francis for a concussion. He provided a highly efficient examination. I am a health professional myself and I was absolutely thoroughly impressed with his down to earth, friendly and highly informative approach. I found his communication skills are superb, I was blown away by this level of thorough communication from a medical doctor.

I have never provided a compliment before but I feel as though this care was so exceptional that he deserves to be recognised for his attention and dedication to incredible health service delivery.

My daughter and I were on our way in next to no time with treatment and a management plan.

What an asset I feel he is to the WA country health service.
