"My Collie Hospital ED experience"

About: Collie Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had been slowly becoming more unwell for 4 days. Recent head cold (not COVID) weeks ago and my unresolved ear, nose throat symptoms persisted.

I visited Collie ED reluctantly, but received timely, respect and professional care.

I was greeted and triaged in rather quick time given it was quite busy. The Police were also in attendance in ED.

Savannah my Nurse was friendly and informative. Peter my Nurse Practitioner was able to get me sorted in between other busy tasks.

I can’t praise their effort enough. Based on my experience, I feel we’re all so lucky to have the amazing nursing staff in our Collie ED.

Dear Mungalup1,

Thanks for taking the time to let us know of your experience with Collie Hospitals Emergency Department

Savannah, Peter and all our Collie staff go above and beyond to care for our Collie Patients, and do a great job.

I'm glad you appreciated their efforts and trust you are feeling better and hopefully won't need to come back to our ED!

Yours sincerely,

Barry Moroney
