We receive a positively exceptional experience with the nurses and midwives in Royal Hospital for Women in Randwick. I would like to mention Suzanna, and Rachel, Sarah (lactation consultant) who were all patient and kind during our stay.
Suzanna handled our first baby 3 years ago and now, she also handled our second one. She is really knowledgeable and has mastery of her skills especially with the babies - we learned from her bathing, responding to baby queues and a whole lot more. She takes time to listen to our concerns and addresses them.
Rachel is energetic and bubbly even in the busyness of times. She responds timely, and fills the room with positive aura whenever she comes in. We appreciate the way she handles our requests and makes us feel at home in the ward.
Sarah really helped us do the correct way in breastfeeding. The little things she highlighted go a long way in making evert feed successful and comfortable.
Overall, the whole team made a positive impact in our stay and I hope all the mothers they handled will have the same or better experience. God bless you all!
