I cant praise Annie enough for her help. I am an older patient, that has been  physically, sexually and mentally abused since age 3, resulting in PTSD, physical and ongoing mental health issues. Have tried many therapies over 30 years with minimal results. Was living in constant fight and flight mode, just getting through the day!

Annie introduced me to Cognitive Behaviour therapy. This changes my life for the better. This empowered me to deal with the past and it no longer triggers me. For the first time in my life l am relaxed, happy and feel whole as a person. Friends and family have noticed how happy l am .

Annie is a caring and professional therapist, she was able to explain the full process and support me 100% through CBT . 

CBT has changed my life for the better on all levels Thank you.
