About: Mount Beauty Hospital

(as the patient),

I broke my clavicle while skiing at Falls Creek. Was sent down to Mt Beauty for overnight observation as my heart rate dipped to below acceptable levels while in the Medical Ctr. at Falls Creek.

The service received was good. Friendly staff and helped me in any way they could to get comfortable. Doctors came around the following morning and sent me home with scripts for painkillers.

The best part was the attention provided to my dietary needs. They even managed to source fresh strawberries for me for breakfast! Impressive and much appreciated as I am gluten, lactose and fructose intolerant.
