"Slipped and tripped"

On the exit side of entry gate there is a steel net on the top of the drain which became extremely slippery when wet. 

I slipped and tripped very badly on it. I had minor injuries.

I went to the reception requested for first aid and I recall they said no first aid is available. I requested to do some safety hazards sign or some actions are required for people safety. 

By the by, I came due to some operation for a cyst on the tongue of my spouse.
