"No follow up after incident"

About: Angliss Hospital

(as a relative),

My family member went to have a gastroscopy at an Eastern Health day procedure. They had a cardiac arrest and was sent to ICU. There has been no follow up following this incident, which has caused significant concerns regarding their mental health as well as the rest of the family's. It’s too late now, but I would like to raise my concerns for future incidents, that appropriate follow ups are considered.
