"Rude staff"

My Pertner called the Cobram Clinic and found the receptionist was not very nice they told the receptionist that they needed to see the dr and that their symptoms got worse over the weekend and I understand the receptionist said

well you should of went to the weekend clinic at the hospital

 and my partner said "I didn't know sorry" 

Then, I understand, the receptionist said well that was your fault

My partner told them of their symptoms and they told my partner it was just covid and there was nothing they could do (their symptoms are not covid symptoms not even close) and that they aren't taking on new patients and hung up.
