"Phone, always have trouble reaching someone/anyone"

About: Swan Hill District Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

Tried multiple times to call, radiology rings out. Concierge rang radiology when I got there they also did not answer their call.

Staff explanation- phones don’t really work rings one person then they are busy then it rings the next person and then they are busy too.

Firstly, please accept my apology, it is very frustrating not being able to contact the organisation when required.

I cannot explain the phone problems with Radiology at this point but I will follow up and attempt to resolve it

Dear Bilnr36,

I would like to apologies for the annoyance of our phone issues. This issue is unfortunately not new to Radiology. Our previous fixes appear to have not worked and we are working with our IT department around infrastructure and software upgrades/changes that may help alleviate this.

Please know this issue is at the top of our priorities as it is a reoccurring complaint.
