About: Armadale Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Recently, my gp sent me to Armadale ED with appendix issues. All the ED staff I dealt with were professional, kind and treated me with the utmost respect. I went to the 23 hr ward that night, and was treated so well by night staff and by nurses Desiree and Charlotte in the morning whose efficiency and kindness made up for all my pain. My surgeon Adrian was personable and funny, he explained everything well. The anaesthetists made me feel so safe and that they would look after me that I had no concerns. I am super grateful for all the care from ED, the 23 hour ward and surgical staff your kindness and professionalism. Many thanks.

Given your appendix issues, and the need for urgent treatment, I have taken great delight in sharing your feedback with not only Desiree, Charlotte and Adrian but all of the Emergency staff, 23 hour ward staff and surgical staff.
