(as the patient),

I presented to Sydney Eye Hospital due to concerns for my vision. The CIN nurse Irene was so reassuring and knowledgeable and I felt a lot calmer after seeing her. The doctor Justin was very thorough, took the time to listen to my story, asked relevant questions, advised, reassured and sympathised with me. Due to going in the evening, I was able to park outside (paid) and had a pleasant experience.

I'm very thankful to Irene and Justin for taking my concerns seriously.
