"Waiting to get my blood takes"

About: PathWest Margaret River Collection Centre

(as the patient),

The waiting room was full of people, you have to guess who is before you to see when your turn is. There was confusion who was next and it made me feel very uncomfortable.

I think it would be so much better to have a ticket system which I understand they do at other pathology places. The staff that work in there are very friendly and do their best which is appreciated. I have to get my blood taken regularly and find this problem forever present.
