Normally when I have contacted the PATS team I am greeted by, in my opinion, a lack lustre team member that is not always seemingly happy to assist and book flights to or from Perth.
On this occasion I have spoken to Tatum who came across as very polite and happy to help. I was waiting for her to tell me "sorry I cannot help you" or "no call back another time" or "until you send the paperwork in I won't be able to do anything for you".
Instead, I feel that her genuine desire to help was way above what I have experienced in the past. Not only did she explain to me what process I had to follow, but she also waited for me to scan my documents through, advised they had come through and then proceeded to book me a flight to Perth.
I was so impressed with her service and her lovely attitude that I insisted she give me an email to send some feedback to in the hopes it will be considered at her next appraisal.
PATS, I feel you have struck gold with hiring this young lady. She does you very proud.
