Due to ongoing health issues, I have required the assistance of the Community Health team. All of the staff who have attended my house on a daily basis, have shown great care and compassion towards me and my needs. I particularly wish to mention 'Don', who has been not only amazing from a nursing perspective but also friendly and supportive towards me. A true professional and lovely gentleman.
