"Personal care and transport to my elderly Mum"

Mum is in her late 80s and has been receiving care from Melville Cares for about 2 years.  I believe the staff are without exception respectful, efficient and courteous. Mum does not see the need for assistance with showering twice per week but cooperates because the staff are so nice to her.  In the same way I feel the transport staff who drive her to the hairdresser each week are very safety conscious and patient. Like many aged care providers Melville Cares suffers a shortage of staff and it is a challenge to ensure the same consistent staff, something that elderly persons need to feel secure and routined.  The coordinator contacts me, the nominee, whenever there is an expected change of staff so I can warn Mum.  Excellent service, highly recommend.
