(as a parent/guardian),

I attended the Moora Health Service (MHS) with my two years' old toddler who had croup. 

Margi was very welcoming and we didn't have to wait at all. Margi was most accommodating and engaged with my toddler while I filled up the paperwork. She gave my LO his time while conducting the examinations, and played a bit to distract him. 

Dr Christelle was also outstanding, she was very approachable, she made a little balloon by blowing a disposable glove for my LO and she was very throughout  in her examination. I left the MHS feeling very satisfied.

I recall everything was rather clean and tidy. We had a great experience and I feel we are very lucky to have this staff and facility in Moora.

Thank you for your kind words, it is always worrying when your toddler is unwell. Your post will be relayed to the staff and doctor in Moora. We hope your little one is much improved and has enjoyed the Christmas festivities.
