Good afternoon, I would like to send my thanks to Amanda who helped me with my PATS.  I was not looking forward to coming in at all as the last time my experience was dreadful.

Amanda was everything I believe a good receptionist should be.  Warm, welcoming, helpful and attentive. It was a pleasure dealing with her.  Please let her know I left feeling positive about coming into PATS in future.  Merry Christmas to you all.
