"A visit to ED"

About: Collie Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Immersive Reader

While on holiday in the area I slipped and suffered extensive grazing to my leg. It was extremely painful, and due to this level of pain I could not scrub out the ingrained soil from the wound. A visit to ED meant I received a tetanus shot and excellent wound care.

Thank you Beth (Collie ED), for your gentle caring approach. I may have winced and said ouch a little bit but it was worth it to have a clean wound. 🙂

Dear sextanstw68

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the excellent care provided during your presentation to our ED at Collie Hospital. I have passed your feedback on to Beth who is a fantastic Nurse Practitioner. We really value receiving feedback and yours is a great acknowledgement of our awesome staff.

I hope you enjoyed your holiday in Collie despite this incident, and I hope your leg is recovering well.

Regards

Dan
