(as a parent/guardian),

As a parent of a young child in ED and on the ward I was always involved in his care. I was made aware of all the procedures conducted on my child. I felt confident that the nurses and doctors were knowledgeable and caring. I felt the safety of my child was their top priority. Well done to the team all round
