My daughter was due to have her first baby a few years ago, she was induced and finally gave birth on the following day. I being her parent was with her in the birthing suite the whole time. She was so good going through the contractions and breathing well , not even yelling or screaming
By the time baby was ready to move, she was in so much pain her body went into shock which was delaying the birth, midwife realised it was becoming a bit of an emergency so they decided to maybe give her a caesarean, that decision was soon turned to having an epidural… it was the most traumatic experience I have ever witnessed, the nurse used the forcepts and seemingly reefed that baby out like there was no tomorrow..leaving my daughter torn in all directions, having a major prolapse! I believe she has been stitched up incorrectly and her lady bits are on the outside still to this day !!
I feel she needs to get this fixed as her self confidence is not good. I felt I needed to reach out in the hope she can get some help as I know she cannot go on this way , she doesn’t want to make waves and has been putting up with this for 3 yrs now .. her local GP is saying she just needs to lose some weight and the prolapse will be corrected in time , but how can that be so when she has been seemingly wrongly stitched up with half of her insides hanging out ..can someone please help us ..it hurts me as her parent to see her so depressed
