"End of life care"

About: Sale Hospital / Palliative Care

(as a carer),

Having my Husband in surgical ward for end of life care was made easier by having Gary and his amazing staff attend not only to him but also to us, we were kept up to date with all care and decisions, it appeared that nothing was too much trouble  the staff were always there to ask if we required anything, Gary was so helpful and caring

Dear pyxisbz95

Firstly, I am sorry for your loss and hope that you are doing okay.

And thank you so much for your kind words, particularly at such a difficult time. The team work hard to deliver excellent nursing care, and I am pleased that this has been your experience. It is a privilege as nurses, to be in a position to care for people and their loved ones, at such intimate stages in their lives. Thank you for allowing us to do this.

I will be sure to pass on your kind words to Gary and the Team.

I can be contacted on 5143 8512 or mandy.pusmucans@cghs.com.au, should you require further conversation But in the meantime, that you again, and please take care.

Yours sincerely

Mandy
