About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Midwest

(as a relative),

Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to fly to Perth quickly and Emily at PATS Geraldton made the process very easy during this very stressful time. Emily is very kind and very efficient at her job and has organised Mum’s flights over the past few months . A big thank you to Emily for being caring and professional.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on Care Opinion. I do hope your mother is continuing to access the treatment she requires.

It was very pleasing to read how well Emily has supported both yourself and your mother during this stressful period. I hope her compassion and efficiency had made your situation a little easier to deal with.
