"Humanistic approach"

My friend receives personal care and support for her cognitive disorder and I thought Brian, who cared for her, was over and above. He was just very good at what he does, very good at his job and very conscientious. He helped her move from her unit to a care home and he was very good at helping her transition and providing support. His manner and expertise was also very very good, he goes the extra yard with people and I find a lot of people don’t actually do that especially in the human services. I feel not many people have his humanistic approach to his work. He’s very empathetic and always follows through with what he says he’ll do. I really appreciate someone like him in the organisation because I feel they are an asset. Thank you, Brian.
