At Nannup Hospital we were treated with great care and respect to navigate supporting our Mum to transition into Permanent Resident status. We have been helped above and beyond by NUM Kym, Social Worker Sarah, Nurse Sam, DON Paige and Dr Mark, and Tracey who runs ACACIA Care.
I feel these people have been supportive, empathetic and great listeners.
We are so grateful to them all and other staff behind the scenes who have also been a strong part of this positive outcome resulting in dignity, agency and optimism for our Mum.
