"Vertigo"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Occupational Therapy Department

(as the patient),

A few weeks before I was booked to go overseas, vertigo returned. My previous doctor, who’d fixed it 2 years earlier with an Eply Manouvre, had returned to NZ. A cousin recommended Ross very highly,

They were correct. He fixed me in 2 sessions and yes, he is super kind and gentle. Furthermore, he gave me a written referral to a colleague in the Middle Eastern country to where I was travelling. Fortunately I did not need to use it.  But how reassuring that was.

As this treatment is in a public hospital, it’s entirely covered by Medicare. I cannot imagine why everyone with vertigo in metropolitan Sydney is not queuing at Ross’ door. Perhaps they are! But I suggest there is no downside.

Dear Pandorra22

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us regarding your treatment in the Occupational Therapy department.

I am glad to hear that you were well looked after by Ross and that you didn't need to use the referral he provided to you whilst you were travelling. Ross is always very thorough with the care that he provides, he is a good teacher for all clinicians working in this area - I am happy that your symptoms have now resolved.

Kind Regards,

Elizabeth
