"Care Call"

About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Kalgoorlie Outpatient Clinic

(as the patient),

After what I felt was continuous poor treatment and lack of treatment  at outpatients Kalgoorlie Campus, a care call was made and implemented. 

Many attempts to Get Summary of the Care Call investigations and outcomes have been made to the RDMS and still I have not received the Summary as requested.
